针对织物动态热湿传递过程复杂、动态热湿舒适性能难以评价的问题,研究服用织物的动态热湿舒适性能.对8种不同纤维的织物在动态实验中接触模拟出汗皮肤时其内外两面的温湿度实时变化情况进行了研究,提取了两项动态特征值用于表征织物的动态热湿舒适性能.同时,结合织物稳态参数的测试和灰色系统理论,研究了动态特征值与稳态参数之间的相关性,最终建立了预测模型,在预测织物动态热湿舒适性能方面取得了较高的预测精度.

Fabric's dynamic heat-moisture transferring process is very complicated,and the evaluation of fabric's dynamic heat-moisture comfort properties is very hard.Aiming at the above problem,clothing fabrics'dynamic heat-moisture comfort properties were investigated.Eight different fiber fabrics were chosen to be tested.By analyzing the real time changes of temperature and relative humidity in fabric's inner and outer surfaces when fabric was on contact with simulated sweating skin in dynamic experiment,two dynamic characteristic values were introduced to evaluate fabric's dynamic heat-moisture comfort properties.In addition,on the basis of fabric's static indexes measurement and the method of grey system theory,the relationship between static indexes and dynamic characteristic values was investigated.The prediction model was established,which had high predictive precision in predicting fabric's dynamic heatmoisture comfort properties.
