基于永磁容错电机最优转矩控制系统,提出了一种改进型数字电流滞环控制算法.对传统数字滞环电流的跟随和脉动进行了数学分析,并推导了在一个采样周期内,通过改变占空比D可以使电流跟踪更好,谐波减少.仿真和实验结果表明,取D<1的恒定占空比与传统数字滞环(D=1)相比,电流跟踪性能得到改善,正弦度更好,验证了该算法的可行性和优越性,该方法也适用于一般永磁电机数字电流滞环控制系统.

A modified digital hysteresis current control algorithm was proposed based on fault-tolerant permanent magnet motor (FTPMM) optimal torque control system.The track pulsation of current with traditional digital hysteresis was analyzed mathematically,also a algorithm was derived in a sampling period that the current track is better and it produces smaller harmonics by changing duty cycle D. The simulation and experiment results show that digital hysteresis control with D<1 have better current track than traditional hysteresis control with D=1 and better sinusoid. which verify the feasibility and superiority of the algorithm. The algorithm is also suitable for digital current hysteresis control of a common permanent motor.
