目的 探讨羌活超微粉体制备过程温度对其有效成分的影响.方法 羌活采用振动磨常温和-10 ℃低温粉碎,测定不同温度下所制备的超微粉中挥发油的含量,采用HPLC法测定超微粉中阿魏酸的含量.结果 振动磨常温粉碎未造成羌活中阿魏酸含量的变化,而可造成挥发油的损失,-10 ℃低温粉碎可避免羌活挥发油的损失.结论 初步表明低温振动磨适用于羌活超微粉的制备.

목적 탐토강활초미분체제비과정온도대기유효성분적영향.방법 강활채용진동마상온화-10 ℃저온분쇄,측정불동온도하소제비적초미분중휘발유적함량,채용HPLC법측정초미분중아위산적함량.결과 진동마상온분쇄미조성강활중아위산함량적변화,이가조성휘발유적손실,-10 ℃저온분쇄가피면강활휘발유적손실.결론 초보표명저온진동마괄용우강활초미분적제비.
Objective To investigate the influence of temperature on active constituents of the superfines of Qianghuo (Notopterygium). Methods Qianghuo was micronized by using vibromill at room temperature and low temperature (-10 ℃) respectively. The content of volatile oil in the superfines prepared at different temperature was detected, and the content of ferulic acid was determined by using HPLC.Results The content of ferulic acid was not lost after micronized by vibromill at room temperature, but the content of volatile oil was lost, which could be avoided by the micronization at low temperature (-10 ℃). Conclusion The vibromill at low temperature is proved initially that it is suitable for the preparation of superfines of Qianghuo.
