采用乳液聚合法,以甲基丙烯酸甲酯和超支化不饱和聚(酰胺-酯)为壁材,染料隐色体为芯材制备了热敏型微胶囊.研究了反应条件对微胶囊粒径、包覆率的影响.采用扫描电镜,激光粒度分析仪和紫外-可见分光光度计进行分析,结果表明,所制备的微胶囊分散性好,粒径分布窄,并具有良好的热敏性能.

Heat-sensitive microcapsules were prepared by emulsion polymerization with the leucocompound as a core material and methyl methacrylate and unsaturated hyperbranched poly(amide-ester) as wall-forming materials. The effects of the reaction parameters on the particle size and the encapsulation efficiency of the microcapsules were investigated. The FTIR analysis of microcapsules demonstrated that leucocompound was successfully encapsulated in the crosslinked PMMA matrix. The prepared microcapsules have good dispersibility,narrow particle size distribution and good heat-sensitive release property by particle size analysis,scanning electron microscopy and UV/visible spectrophotometer.
