成功地建立了小鼠幽门螺杆菌感染模型,并对两株在体外对幽门螺杆菌有显著抑制作用的乳酸菌,进行了体内预防与治疗作用的初步验证.通过尿素酶反应、细菌培养、病理组织切片检验三种指标测试,证明J16发酵乳能够有效预防幽门螺杆菌感染;小鼠胃中乳酸菌数量和幽门螺杆菌数量相反.

C57BL/6 mice were infected triumphantly by Helicobacter pylori by oral administration. In vivo the prevention and anti-Hp effects of J16 and LC2W were determined after showing the remarkable inhibitory activity to Hp in vitro. A reduction of Hp colonization was observed in the antrum and body mucosa of the mice in the lactic acid bacteria-treated study groups, as assessed by urease, viable cultures and histopathologic analysis, compared to the levels in the Hp-infected, but untreated control group. This reduction was accompanied by an increase of lactic acid bacteria in the stomach. The fermented milk of J16 was proved to be able to prevent in vivo.
