采用6~10 kD和3 kD超滤膜对猪血红蛋白水解液进行浓缩实验,对超滤前后的多肽类蛋白质、氨基氮、血红素的变化进行分析.实验结果表明:采用3 kD超滤膜对酶解液的浓缩效果较好,浓缩倍数分别达到2.3、2.0、1.9,经冷冻干燥得产物蛋白质多肽含量91%,血红素含量2.9%混合营养物,可以用来制备含量较高的富含血红素肽的混合营养物.

채용6~10 kD화3 kD초려막대저혈홍단백수해액진행농축실험,대초려전후적다태류단백질、안기담、혈홍소적변화진행분석.실험결과표명:채용3 kD초려막대매해액적농축효과교호,농축배수분별체도2.3、2.0、1.9,경냉동간조득산물단백질다태함량91%,혈홍소함량2.9%혼합영양물,가이용래제비함량교고적부함혈홍소태적혼합영양물.
The enzymatic hydrolysate of porcine hemoglobin was concentrated with 6~10 kD and 3 kD ultrafiltration membrane in this experiment. The changes of contents of protein, amino nitrogen and hemochrome were investigated. The results showed that 3 kD ultrafiltration membrane was fit for concentrating enzymatic hydrolysate. The multiples of concentration of peptides, amino nitrogen and hemochrome were 2.3, 2.0 and 1.9 respectively. Through refigeration and drying,a substance containing 91% of protein peptides and 2.9% of hemochrome. So it can be used in preparing mixed nutrition substance with abundant hemochrome peptides.
