目的：探讨通心络胶囊对冠心病（CHD）患者血清同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）的影响。方法将90例 CHD伴高 Hcy 患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例，2组均给予口服拜阿司匹林、硝酸酯类、他汀类等药物治疗，治疗组在此基础上，给予通心络胶囊4粒，每天3次；对照组在此基础上加用叶酸5mg/ d、维生素 B12500μg/ d。2组均治疗8周。观察2组心绞痛症状缓解情况、心电图和血清 Hcy 水平改善情况。结果2组心绞痛症状缓解率、心电图改善率和血清 Hcy 水平改善率均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。结论通心络胶囊能够改善冠心病患者的高Hcy 血症，并能显著改善患者的心电图和缓解临床症状。
목적：탐토통심락효낭대관심병（CHD）환자혈청동형반광안산（Hcy）적영향。방법장90례 CHD반고 Hcy 환자수궤분위치료조화대조조각45례，2조균급여구복배아사필림、초산지류、타정류등약물치료，치료조재차기출상，급여통심락효낭4립，매천3차；대조조재차기출상가용협산5mg/ d、유생소 B12500μg/ d。2조균치료8주。관찰2조심교통증상완해정황、심전도화혈청 Hcy 수평개선정황。결과2조심교통증상완해솔、심전도개선솔화혈청 Hcy 수평개선솔균고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P ﹤0.05）。결론통심락효낭능구개선관심병환자적고Hcy 혈증，병능현저개선환자적심전도화완해림상증상。
Objective To explore the effects of Tongxinluo capsule on coronary heart disease(CHD)patients serum homocysteine(Hcy). Methods 90 cases of CHD patients with high Hcy were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,each of 45 cases. Both groups were given oral aspirin,nitrates,statins for treatment. The treatment group was giv-en Tongxinluo capsule 4 pills,TID for treatment based on the routine drugs. The control group was given folic acid(5mg/ d), vitamin(B12 500μg/ d)based on the routine drugs. Both groups were treated for 8 weeks. The angina pectoris symptom remis-sion,electrocardiogram and serum Hcy level were observed. Results After 8 weeks treatment,the angina pectoris symptom re-mission,electrocardiogram and serum Hcy level of the treatment group were all better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule can improve the high level of Hcy in pa-tients with CHD,and it can improve the patient′s ECG and alleviate clinical symptoms.
