本文基于UCOS实时操作系统、ARM嵌入式硬件平台、编码器数据采集、ZIGBEE无线通讯等技术,结合特种设备厂内机动车辆的特点,设计一种适合于凹凸不平路面的专用夹具,可以路试检验厂内机动车辆的制动距离,并保证可靠精度地检测计算厂内机动车辆的制动距离,填补了目前机动车辆制动距离检测仪的空白。

Based on UCOS real-time operating system, ARM embedded hardware platform, the encoder data acquisition, ZIGBEE wireless communication technology, combined with the characteristics of special equipment factory motor vehicles,design a special fixture is suitable for uneven road, can“road test”test factory motor vehicle braking distance, ensure reliable and accurate detecting and calculation of motor vehicle braking distance, filled the gap of current motor vehicle braking distance detector.
