目的:研究中药复方强骨抗萎方对尾吊大鼠血液流变学的影响. 方法 :用大鼠尾吊- 30°21 d模拟失重,观察强骨抗萎方对大鼠血沉、血细胞比容、纤维蛋白原、血液黏度及红细胞变形性、聚集性等指标的作用. 结果 :悬吊大鼠纤维蛋白原明显升高( P< 0.01),全血还原黏度及全血黏度明显增加( P< 0.01或 P< 0.05),红细胞刚性指数升高( P< 0.01),最大变形指数降低( P< 0.01),最大聚集指数增加( P< 0.01).该方不同剂量显示了不同的作用.低剂量组( 10 g/Kg)可降低各个切变率下的全血还原黏度和全血黏度( P< 0.01或 P< 0.05),以及异常的红细胞刚性指数和最大聚集指数( P< 0.01);中剂量组( 20 g/kg)可使纤维蛋白原含量减少( P< 0.01);高剂量组( 30 g/Kg)可降低高切变率下的全血还原黏度和全血黏度( P< 0.01或 P< 0.05),降低红细胞刚性指数( P< 0.01),并可升高红细胞最大变形指数( P< 0.01). 结论 :该方具有改善尾吊大鼠血液流变学的作用,但无明显的量效关系.

목적:연구중약복방강골항위방대미조대서혈액류변학적영향. 방법 :용대서미조- 30°21 d모의실중,관찰강골항위방대대서혈침、혈세포비용、섬유단백원、혈액점도급홍세포변형성、취집성등지표적작용. 결과 :현조대서섬유단백원명현승고( P< 0.01),전혈환원점도급전혈점도명현증가( P< 0.01혹 P< 0.05),홍세포강성지수승고( P< 0.01),최대변형지수강저( P< 0.01),최대취집지수증가( P< 0.01).해방불동제량현시료불동적작용.저제량조( 10 g/Kg)가강저각개절변솔하적전혈환원점도화전혈점도( P< 0.01혹 P< 0.05),이급이상적홍세포강성지수화최대취집지수( P< 0.01);중제량조( 20 g/kg)가사섬유단백원함량감소( P< 0.01);고제량조( 30 g/Kg)가강저고절변솔하적전혈환원점도화전혈점도( P< 0.01혹 P< 0.05),강저홍세포강성지수( P< 0.01),병가승고홍세포최대변형지수( P< 0.01). 결론 :해방구유개선미조대서혈액류변학적작용,단무명현적량효관계.
AIM:To investigate the effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) herb compound of bone enhancement and anti atrophy recipe on the blood rheological property in cauda hanged rat.METHODS:Rat was hanged by its cauda in 30° for 21 days to imitate weightlessness.The effect of bone enhancement and anti atrophy herb compound on the index of blood sedimentation rate,hematocrit, fibrinogen, blood viscosity as well as erythrocyte deformability and aggregation was observed. RESULTS:The fibrinogen of the cauda hanged rat increased significantly(P< 0.01);blood deoxidizing viscosity and blood viscosity increased significantly(P< 0.01 or P< 0.05);erythrocyte rigid index increased(P< 0.01); the maximum deformability index decreased(P< 0.01); and the maximum aggregation index increased (P< 0.01). Different effects were demonstrated by different doses of this compound. Low dose(10 g/kg) could decrease blood deoxidizing viscosity and blood viscosity under every shearing strain rate (P< 0.01 or P< 0.05) as well as abnormal erythrocyte rigid index and maximum aggregation index (P< 0.01). Medium dose (20 g/kg) could decrease the content of fibrinogen (P< 0.01). And high dose (30 g/kg) could decrease blood deoxidizing viscosity and blood viscosity under high shearing strain rate(P< 0.01 or P< 0.05) as well as erythrocyte rigid index(P< 0.01) but increasing erythrocyte maximum deformability index(P< 0.01). CONCLUSION: The herb compound can modify the blood rheological property in cauda hanged rat; however, there is no obvious dose effect relationship.
