采用全浸、半浸和盐雾等试验方法研究了钢板热镀55%Al-Zn合金镀层在3%NaCl的盐水溶液中的腐蚀行为.观察分析了镀层的组织结构和在盐水中腐蚀后的表面形貌及腐蚀产物,阐述了镀层在盐水中的腐蚀过程和机理.结果表明55%Al-Zn合金镀层比Zn镀层更耐蚀,并同样具有Zn镀层对钢基体的保护能力.
採用全浸、半浸和鹽霧等試驗方法研究瞭鋼闆熱鍍55%Al-Zn閤金鍍層在3%NaCl的鹽水溶液中的腐蝕行為.觀察分析瞭鍍層的組織結構和在鹽水中腐蝕後的錶麵形貌及腐蝕產物,闡述瞭鍍層在鹽水中的腐蝕過程和機理.結果錶明55%Al-Zn閤金鍍層比Zn鍍層更耐蝕,併同樣具有Zn鍍層對鋼基體的保護能力.

The corrosion behaviors of hot-dip 55% A1-Zn alloy coating on steel in 3% NaCl solution were studied by fully immersion and partialy immersion in the solution and salt spray respectively.The coating microstructure and morphology after corrosion were observed. The corrosion process and mechanism of 55% Al-Zn alloy coating in salt water were illuminated. Results showed that 55% AlZn alloy coating was more corrosion resistant than galvanized coating,and had the same ability as galvanized coating to protect the steel.
