目的:探讨膝关节损伤的MRI特点、病理基础及临床意义。方法:分析52例膝关节损伤的MRI资料。结果:半月板损伤45例,MRI表现为黑色的半月板内出现结节状、线状、放射状裂隙样异常高信号,延伸达或未及关节软骨面两种。前交叉及后交叉韧带损伤24例,MRI表现为在条索状黑色韧带影中出现短T1长T2异常高信号,韧带变形,呈波浪状或不连续,胫骨移位。内、外侧副韧带损伤28例,表现为信号增高,形态增粗,边缘模糊。隐匿性骨折8例,表现为干骺端边界模糊的片状T1低信号影,T2信号多样。讨论:MRI对膝关节半月板、韧带损伤及隐匿性骨折的诊断有重要的临床意义,可对治疗方案的选择提供详尽的依据。

목적:탐토슬관절손상적MRI특점、병리기출급림상의의。방법:분석52례슬관절손상적MRI자료。결과:반월판손상45례,MRI표현위흑색적반월판내출현결절상、선상、방사상렬극양이상고신호,연신체혹미급관절연골면량충。전교차급후교차인대손상24례,MRI표현위재조색상흑색인대영중출현단T1장T2이상고신호,인대변형,정파랑상혹불련속,경골이위。내、외측부인대손상28례,표현위신호증고,형태증조,변연모호。은닉성골절8례,표현위간후단변계모호적편상T1저신호영,T2신호다양。토론:MRI대슬관절반월판、인대손상급은닉성골절적진단유중요적림상의의,가대치료방안적선택제공상진적의거。
Objective: To study the MRI findings and its pathological morphology and clinical significance of the knee injury.Methods:52 cases with knee injury were performed MR scans. Results: Meniscal tear was diagnosed in 45 of 52 cases by MRI.It showed nodular,linear, radial fissure-shaped hyperintensity signal in the hypointense meniscus. Anterior or posterior cruciate ligament injury showed short T1 and long T2 signal intensity, and its shape appeared wave-like or discontinuous in 24 cases. Medial and lateral collateral ligament injuries in 28 cases demonstrated hyperintensity on T2WI, thickening in shape and marginal haziness. 8 cases of periarticular occult bony fracture showdd hazy patchy hypointensity signal of the border of diaphyseal epiphysis on T1WI and variable intensity on T2WI. Conclusion:MRI plays an important role in evaluation of knee injuries and provides detailed information for treatment plarning.
