目的:评价功能性消化不良患者(FD)伴焦虑、抑郁情绪的药物治疗效果。方法:119例伴情绪障碍的FD患者随机分为2 组,对照组给予常规治疗,处理组同时给予抗焦虑或(和)抑郁药物治疗,疗程2月,随访2月。结果:治疗半月、1月、2月及随访2月,处理组FD症状评分,情绪障碍评分均明显低于对照组(p均<0.0005),而FD症状显效率和情绪障碍显效率均明显高于对照组(p<0.05或0.005)。治疗后情绪障碍评分与FD症状评分呈正相关,与FD症状评分减分率呈负相关(p<0.0005)。结论:抗焦虑、抑郁治疗对伴有情绪障碍的FD患者有肯定的疗效。

목적:평개공능성소화불량환자(FD)반초필、억욱정서적약물치료효과。방법:119례반정서장애적FD환자수궤분위2 조,대조조급여상규치료,처리조동시급여항초필혹(화)억욱약물치료,료정2월,수방2월。결과:치료반월、1월、2월급수방2월,처리조FD증상평분,정서장애평분균명현저우대조조(p균<0.0005),이FD증상현효솔화정서장애현효솔균명현고우대조조(p<0.05혹0.005)。치료후정서장애평분여FD증상평분정정상관,여FD증상평분감분솔정부상관(p<0.0005)。결론:항초필、억욱치료대반유정서장애적FD환자유긍정적료효。
Objective: To evaluate the effects of antidepressant and ant i-anxiet y treatment on mood disorder associated with functional dyspepsia (FD). Method: One hundred and nineteen patients with FD were divided into 2 groups: control gr oup, which received routine treatment for FD; study group, which was given antid epressant and anti-anxiety medicine additionally. Both groups were treated 2 mo n ths and followed up for 2 months. They were all assessed by HAMA and HAMD befor e , during (2 weeks, 1 months), at the end of treatment (2 months), and in follow up (2 months after treatment). Results: Compared with control g roup, the scores of FD symptom, HAMA and HAMD were lower in study group at all time points. The r ates of score decrease of FD symptom, HAMA and HAMD were greater in study group than in control during treatment and follow up. There was positive correlation b etween FD symptom and bad mood during the whole period of study. Conclu sion: Ant idepressant and anti-anxiety medication is effective in treatment of mood disord er associated with FD.
