双驴头抽油机优化设计是一个具有不等式约束多目标函数的非线性规划问题。在建立双驴头抽油机优化设计数学模型中,综合考虑到各项指标对抽油机总体性能的影响,选用“以能耗低、质量轻、综合性能指标要好”为寻优目标,在约束条件方面主要解决干涉问题。寻优算法运用直接求非劣解的概念,借用枚举和直接方法进行寻优,提出了根据各目标函数的重要程度及变化程度选择最优解的原则。用该优化方法对12-5-48HB型后驴头为阿基米德螺线双驴头抽油机进行了优化设计,并对优化结果和后驴头为三段圆弧的双驴头抽油机及游梁式抽油机进行对比分析。

Optimum design for double-horse head beam pumping unit is a question of non-linear programming with inequality constraint condition and multi-objective function. When a mathematical model of optimum design for double-horse head beam pumping unit is set up, objective function of energy saving,low weight and excellent unit′s comprehensive performance is selected, and interference is mainly solved in constraint condition. In the light of the conception of non-inferior result, optimum algorithm utilizes enumeration method and direct method, according to important and variable degrees of various objective function, the principle of selecting the optimum result is put forward. The optimum design method is utilized to design 12-5-48HB double-horse head beam pumping unit with rear horse head ′s outline of spiral of Archimedes, and the optimum result is analyzed and compared with double-horse head beam pumping unit with rear horse head ′s outline of three-section circular arc and beam pumping unit.
