本文采用离心分离的方法获得细胞质膜后,再用去污剂SDS(十二烷基磺酸钠)溶解质膜成分。将所得到的富质膜成分样品进行排阻高效液相色谱分离。用ICP-MS和ICP-AES分别检测级分溶液中的稀土元素含量和钙含量。研究结果表明,在根细胞质膜上有La,而且La至少有四种不同的结合形态,其他稀土元素Ce\,Pr和Nd同La一样也有类似的四种结合形态。

Plasma membranes of cells of soybean roots were prepared by centrifugation method and solubilizated by SDS.Plasma membrane components-enriched sample was chromatographed on size exclution column.Rare earth element contents or calcium contents of fraction solutions were determined by ICP-MS or by ICP-AES.Experimental results showed that there was lanthanum in plasma membranes of cells of soybean roots and it had at least four speciations.Ce,Pr and Nd had same ones as La.
