目的观察NPG合金用于冠桥修复的临床效果。方法从门诊患者中选择28例，共制作修复体49单位，一年后复查通过临床检查和患者主观评价观察临床效果。结果临床检查和X线检查所有修复体均达到良好的修复效果，患者主观评价显示，所有患者均无牙龈或口腔粘膜感觉异常，无口腔异味。结论 NPG合金修复效果较好，适用于冠桥修复。
목적관찰NPG합금용우관교수복적림상효과。방법종문진환자중선택28례，공제작수복체49단위，일년후복사통과림상검사화환자주관평개관찰림상효과。결과림상검사화X선검사소유수복체균체도량호적수복효과，환자주관평개현시，소유환자균무아간혹구강점막감각이상，무구강이미。결론 NPG합금수복효과교호，괄용우관교수복。
Objective　To obserue the prosthetic effects of NPG crown and bridge clinically.Methods　There were 28 patients in the study and 49 units of NPG crown and bridge were observed after one year though clinical methods and patient's questionnaires.Results　The clinical effect of all units were satisfactory and all patients had no abnormal feelings or odor taste in their mouth.Conclusion　NPG alloy has good prosthetic effect used in crown and bridge.
