首先简述了表面等离子体共振原理、激发表面等离子体共振的条件和 产生共振时反射光的相位变化,再对横向塞曼激光器的应用进行了分析。接着,基于相位检 测,以横向塞曼激光器为光源,建立了生物分子相互作用检测实验装置,并以蓖麻毒素和羊 抗小鼠抗体为样本进行了实验。实验表明:检测灵敏度高;在整个光路中,P光与S光完全重 合,满足共光路原则,对空气折射率和其它各种扰动具有很好的自适应性,检测稳定性好; 激光稳频精度可达3.5×10-10,与光强检测法相比,检测可靠性更高。横向 塞曼激光器是基于SPR原理的生物分子相互作用相位检测的理想光源。

The principle of SPR(Surface Phasmon Resonance), the energisation condition of SPR phenomenon and the phase variation of the ref lected light in SPR are briefly presented.The application of transverse Zeeman laser is also analyzed.The equipment based on transverse Zeeman laser is set up to detect the phase variation in biomolecular interaction and a lot of experiments are made upon the interaction of ricin and its antibody.The experiments show that the optical path of Plight coincides with that of Slight,which is self-adaptive to the disturbance of the air index or any others and has high stability. The phase detection has higher reliability than the intensity detection, with the precision of laser frequency stability up to 3.5×10- 10.Transverse Zeeman laser is the ideal light source of phase detection in biomolecular interaction based on SPR principle.
