目的:探讨血脂在脑梗塞发病中的作用。方法:检测128例急性脑梗塞患者血脂4项指标含量,并与对照组[摘要]目的:探讨血脂在脑梗塞发病中的作用。方法:检测128例急性脑梗塞患者血脂4项指标含量,并与对照组80例的检测结果进行比较。同时将无合并症脑梗塞患者分别与脑梗塞合并高血压、糖尿病、冠心病患者的血脂水平进行比较。TC,TG及HDL-C等用酶法测定。LDL-C由TC,TG,HDL-C的检测数据按Friedwald公式计算。结果:脑梗塞患者的TC,TG,LDL-C,TC/HDL-C明显高于对照组(P<0.01),而其HDL-C明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。脑梗塞合并高血压、合并糖尿病患者的血脂水平高于无合并症脑梗塞患者,但脑梗塞合并冠心病患者的血脂水平与后者无明显差别。结论:TC,TG,LDL-C,TC/HDL-C的水平升高,HDL-C下降与脑梗塞密切相关,故调脂治疗是非常必要的。

Objective: To investigate the role of serum lipids in the pathogenesis of cerebral infaraction (CI) .Methods: The four indices of serum lipids in 128 patients with CI (patient group) and 80 healthy persons(control group) were measured and compared. The serum lipids of CI without complicated diseases patients were compared with that of CI complicated hypertension, CI complicated diabetes and CI complicated coronary heart diseases patients respectively. Methods: TC, TG and HDL-C were measured by enzyme method. According to Friedwald formular LDL-C could be calculated with measured data of TC, TG, HDL-C. Results:TC, TG, LDL-C and TC/HDL-C of CI patients were significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.01) and their HDL-C was significantly lower than that of the latter(P <0.01). The serum lipid level of CI complicated hipertension and complicated diabetes patients was higher than that of CI without complicated diseases patients. But the serum lipid of CI complicated coronary heart disease patients had the same level as that of CI without complicated diseases patients. Conclusion: The results suggest that the higher levels of TC, TG, LDL-C,TC/HDL-c and lower level of HDL-C are intimately related to CI. Thus it is very necessary to regulate the lipid level in CI treatment.
