为探讨桉树木材材性与中密度纤维板生产工艺的关系,进行了板材密度、施胶量与产品性能的研究。结果认为:桉树中密度纤维板的密度以0.82g/cm3左右较为合适;此外,为满足桉树中密度纤维板静曲强度的要求,施胶量应不低于10%。为了增大静曲强度建议添加防水剂,并采用混合树种的纤维作原料。

Study on density, rate of spreading, and product properties ofEucalyptus medium density fiber board were carried out to learn the relationship between Eucalyptus wood property and production of medium density fiber board. The results indicated that the proper density was 0.82g/cm3, to attain the requirement of strength, the rate of spreading should be higher than 10%. Adding waterproofing agent and using the fiber of mixed tree species were suggested.
