我国焦化苯中影响产品质量的杂质主要是以噻吩形式存在的硫化物,因噻吩具有重要的工业应用价值,考虑综合利用选用萃取精馏的提纯方法。本文在相关实验数据的测定及优化拟合的基础上,用三对角矩阵及同时校正法对脱除苯中微量噻吩的萃取精馏过程进行了模拟计算。计算结果表明:该法既可以获得高质量的苯,又可以回收噻吩。因此,本文为脱除焦化苯中微量噻吩的工艺流程设计提供了科学依据。

The impurities affecting quality of the coked benzene are the sulphuric material s mainly in the form of thiophene. The refining method of extractive distillatio n is selected due to the thiophene's significant value. Computer simulation of s eparating traces of thiophene from benzene is performed by the methods of three diagonal matrix and simultaneous correction, based on the determination and opti mized estimation of the involved experimental data. The results show that not on ly the high quality benzene is acquired but the thiophene is recycled as well. C onsequently, this paper provides a scientific basis on designing the process of refining coked benzene.
