利用扫描电镜分别观察了经高温高压处理后石墨在Ni70Mn25Co5合金和金刚石包膜中的形貌特征,分析了各种石墨形貌形成的原因,初步探索了金刚石膜生长法中石墨的纳米微团运动模型,为进一步研究金刚石生成机理提供了新的线索。
利用掃描電鏡分彆觀察瞭經高溫高壓處理後石墨在Ni70Mn25Co5閤金和金剛石包膜中的形貌特徵,分析瞭各種石墨形貌形成的原因,初步探索瞭金剛石膜生長法中石墨的納米微糰運動模型,為進一步研究金剛石生成機理提供瞭新的線索。

The shapes of graphite particles, which diffuse into alloy Ni70 Mn25 Co5 through a process of high pressure and high temperature, were observed using SEM. The reasons leading to these shapes were discussed. A cluster model of graphite diffusion was suggested, which can give a clue to study on the mechanism of synthesizing diamond.
