克隆了盐生植物中亚滨藜(Atriplex centralasiatica Iljin)甜菜碱醛脱氢酶(AcBADH) cDNA,推测的氨基酸序列与其它物种的BADH有较高的同源性.Northern 杂交结果表明, ABA 100 μmol/L 和NaCl 400 mmol/L处理48 h后,BADH的表达增加10倍左右.通过筛选中亚滨藜基因组文库,得到了AcBADH的基因组序列.它全长7.7 kb,包含15个外显子和1.2 kb启动子区.除了TATA-box 和CAAT-box以外, 在AcBADH启动子区还发现了一些与胁迫有关的其它元件,如GC-motif、EIRE、MRE、WUN-motif、ABRE 和HSE.

The BADH cDNA (AcBADH) was isolated from the halophyte Atriplex centralasiatica Iljin. The deduced protein sequences showed high similarity with those of other plants. Analysis of AcBADH expression in leaves showed that its mRNA increased remarkably under exposure to ABA and NaCl for 48 h. In order to isolate the stress-induced promoter, we constructed the genomic library of the halophyte A. centralasiatica. A genomic clone encoding AcBADH was isolated and it extends 7.7 kb containing 15 exons and a 1.2 kb putative promoter region. Besides the TATA-box and CAAT-box, several transcription binding motifs related to stress responses, such as GC-motif, EIRE, MRE, WUN-motif, ABRE and HSE, were found in the promoter.
