目的：观察交锁髓内钉＋植骨治疗胫骨骨折不愈合的临床疗效。方法：本组胫骨骨折不愈合16例，男11例，女5例：年龄19—76岁，平均34岁，全部采用开放置入交锁髓内钉＋植骨治疗。结果：经11到24个月(平均16.5个月)随访，15例胫骨骨不连愈合。结论：交锁髓内钉＋植骨治疗胫骨骨折不愈合具有：1、合理的生物力学设计；2、抗骨折旋转及短缩功能：3、对局部血运破坏小；4、植骨的成骨作用等促进骨愈合，值得推荐使用。
목적：관찰교쇄수내정＋식골치료경골골절불유합적림상료효。방법：본조경골골절불유합16례，남11례，녀5례：년령19—76세，평균34세，전부채용개방치입교쇄수내정＋식골치료。결과：경11도24개월(평균16.5개월)수방，15례경골골불련유합。결론：교쇄수내정＋식골치료경골골절불유합구유：1、합리적생물역학설계；2、항골절선전급단축공능：3、대국부혈운파배소；4、식골적성골작용등촉진골유합，치득추천사용。
Objective To observe clinical curative effect of the fracturetibia, that is unable to heal up,treated with intramedullary interlocking nail and bone -grafting.Methods16 fracture of the tibia treated with intramedu lly interlocdin g nail and bone-grafting,which there were 11 males and 5 females.The age patient s ranged from 19 to 76 years,with an average of 34 years.Result All of the patie nts were followed-up for average of 16.5 months and the tibia of 15 cases were t ibia nonunion and healed up.Conclusion Intramedullary interloc king nail and bone-grafting has the design of the reasonable bionechanices,the f unction of untispinning and unticurtailing,less partial blood decompose,and it i s a recommen method for promoting bone-healing up after grafting and forming.
