In this paper, several treatment methods of dimethylamine wastewater by physic-chemical method treatments were introduced, such as incineration, foam method, blow-removal, steam-abstraction, chemical-precipitation, complex extraction and ion exchange. Their treatment mechanisms and engineer-ing application were analyzed and discussed respectively, and the development trend in the treatment of tannery wastewater containing dimethylamine was pointed out.
