彩色多普勒超声现已成为眼部疾病不可缺少的影像诊断方法之一.对于视网膜脉络膜疾病、眼内肿瘤、眼内膜状物等疾病,彩色多普勒超声不仅可以提供正常及异常组织结构的形态学检查特点,而且可以同时叠加血流信号观察组织的血液供应情况,通过脉冲多普勒频谱分析可以得到血流信号的血流特征.本文综述了几种眼内疾病彩色多普勒超声检查的影像特征,以供参考.
