[目的]为不同产地的片烟制定适宜的库存量与合理的库存结构.[方法]于2002～2005年,研究云南、贵州、福建、辽宁4个产地的片烟在自然醇化过程中,外观质量、吸食品质的变化规律,确定这4个产地的片烟在福建厦门气候条件下的最佳醇化期及适宜贮存时间.[结果]各产地的片烟在不同取样时期,其闻香、油分、色度、总体质量状况均有所不同.[结论] 云南罗平C3F、贵州长顺C3F、福建泰宁C3F、辽宁北票C3F的最佳醇化期分别为:25、28、21、24个月,适宜贮存时间分别为:21～30、15～30、17～27、18～29个月.

[Objective] The study aimed to make the appropriate inventory and reasonable inventory structure of flue-cured tobacoo strips in different producing area. [Method] From 2002 to 2005, the change regularity of surface quality and smoking quality of flue-cured tobacoo from different places in the process of natural alcoholization were studied, the optimum alcoholization stage and appropriate storage duration in xiamen were determined. [Result] Smell, oil content, chroma, general quality of tobacoo from different places existed some differences in different sampling time. [Conclusion] The optimum Alcoholization stage of tobacoo from different places were 25, 28, 21, 24 months respectively; the appropriate storage duration were 21-30, 15-30, 17-27, 18-29 months respectively.
