以常规聚合度聚合的乙烯醇(PVA,聚合度1 700~2 600)为原料,以二甲基亚砜(DMSO)为溶剂,乙醇为凝固剂,甲醇为萃取剂,采用干湿法纺丝制备高强度的PVA纤维,最高强度可以达到19.4 cN/dtex。使用扫描电子显微镜对PVA纤维样品进行观测,纤维样品的形貌结构十分均匀,这对提高PVA纤维的断裂强度十分有利。
以常規聚閤度聚閤的乙烯醇(PVA,聚閤度1 700~2 600)為原料,以二甲基亞砜(DMSO)為溶劑,乙醇為凝固劑,甲醇為萃取劑,採用榦濕法紡絲製備高彊度的PVA纖維,最高彊度可以達到19.4 cN/dtex。使用掃描電子顯微鏡對PVA纖維樣品進行觀測,纖維樣品的形貌結構十分均勻,這對提高PVA纖維的斷裂彊度十分有利。

Polyvinyl alcohol fibers with a high tensile strength reaching to 19.4cN/dtex is produced by dry-jet wet spinning,In the spinning process the conventional polymerization degree PVA(the degree of polymerization is between 1 700 and 2 600),dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO) as the solvent,ethanol as the coagulator,and methanol as the extractant are used.The homogeneous morphology of the fiber samples can be found through scanning electron microscope,and it is helpful for raising PVA fiber's tensile strength.
