现代城市的盲目发展,人工环境的无序膨胀,使人类赖以生存的环境变得遍体鳞伤,失去了以往的和谐与宁静。今天我们要倡导的环境景观设计应遵循以人为本的原则,尊重自然和历史文脉,合理利用资源,达到可持续发展的目标.本文提出了几种创造人性化的城市景观环境可采取的有效措施：延续城市的自然历史文脉,创造宜人的城市空间尺度,合理解决动静态交通问题,增加开放空间的绿化面积,完善步行系统与城市公共空间,希望这些措施能有效改善城市人与自然、人与环境、人与人之间的关系,让城市生活更美好.

The blind development of modern city,the disorder expansion of artificial environment let environment for human survival become black and blue,losing the previous harmony and peace.Today the environment landscape design we are going to advocate should follow people-oriented principle and respect nature and historical context,and use resources reasonably to achieve the goals of sustainable development.In this paper the author puts forward several effective measures to create humanized urban environment and landscape： continuing urban natural historical context,making a pleasant city space scale,resolving the dynamic and static traffic problems reasonably,increasing green area of open space,and perfecting the urban public space.The writer hopes that these measures can effectively improve the relationship of people and nature,people and the environment,between the people in the city so as to better people＇s urban life.
