目的 探讨讨论式(seminar)教学方法与传统教学方法的异同,评价其在临床麻醉学教学中的应用效果.方法 将湖北医药学院2007级麻醉医学专业96名本科学生随机分为实验组和对照组,每组均为48人,在讲授临床麻醉学课程的部分章节时实验组采用Seminar教学方法,对照组学生采用传统教学方法,教学结束后根据问卷调查结果和考试成绩评价教学效果.结果 问卷调查结果表明,绝大多数学生认为Seminar教学方法在提高自己的学习兴趣、提高学习能力以及活跃课堂气氛等方面效果显著,优于传统教学方法.实验组学生相关章节的考试平均成绩明显高于对照组学生.结论 Seminar教学方法是培养学生独立思维能力及科研能力的一种有效的教学方法,但尚需进一步探索和完善.

Objective To evaluate seminar teaching method in clinical anesthesiology training.Methods 96 senior students majoring in partial chapters in clinical anesthesiology teaching in Hubei University of Medicine were divided into the experimental group and the control group respectively,48 people in each group.The teaching results of the two methods were evaluated with the questionnaire-based survey and the examination performance analysis in corresponding.Results The results indicated that seminar approach had obvious advantages over the traditional teaching.According to the questionnairebased survey,almost entirely students thought that Seminar teaching could obviously improve the learning capacity and studying interest.The examination performance of students in the experimental group is significantly better than those in the control group.Conclusions Seminar teaching have an appreciable effort in improving the abilities of each student to understand the knowledge of anesthesiology and to elevate the comprehensive competence,it is also an efficient form in cultivation of independent thinking and research ability of students in clinical anesthesiology training,but needs to be further explored and improved.
