引入相对湿润度指数的概念,以20世纪70年代以来气象观测资料为基础,定义M≤-0.40为气象干旱发生的标准,分析了近39年来盘锦地区作物生长季各月的相对湿润度指数的变化趋势和气象干旱发生的频次等特征,并进一步探究了造成该趋势的原因,旨在为当地农业抗旱提供参考.
引入相對濕潤度指數的概唸,以20世紀70年代以來氣象觀測資料為基礎,定義M≤-0.40為氣象榦旱髮生的標準,分析瞭近39年來盤錦地區作物生長季各月的相對濕潤度指數的變化趨勢和氣象榦旱髮生的頻次等特徵,併進一步探究瞭造成該趨勢的原因,旨在為噹地農業抗旱提供參攷.

The concept of the relative moisture index was introduced on the basis of meteorological observation data which observed since the 1970s, defining M≤-0.40 as the standard of meteorological drought. The changing trend of relative moisture index and meteorological drought characteristics of crop growing season each month were analyzed in recently 39 years, and researching the reasons for these trends deeper which provided a reference for fighting the local agricultural drought.
