基于雪崩三极管的脉冲源具有稳定度高、脉冲窄、上升时间短等优点,分析了雪崩三极管脉冲源稳定度的影响因素.采用适当的优化措施提高了稳定度指标,设计了高稳定度的雪崩三极管脉冲源,脉冲峰值电压1 500 V(50 Ω负载),脉冲宽度1 ns,上升时间200 ps,具有很高的稳定度指标:短时抖动小于30 ps,长时漂移小于100 ps/min,峰值电压和脉冲宽度抖动小于1%.通过对改进脉冲电路的充电形式,实现了重复频率为60 kHz的脉冲输出.
基于雪崩三極管的脈遲源具有穩定度高、脈遲窄、上升時間短等優點,分析瞭雪崩三極管脈遲源穩定度的影響因素.採用適噹的優化措施提高瞭穩定度指標,設計瞭高穩定度的雪崩三極管脈遲源,脈遲峰值電壓1 500 V(50 Ω負載),脈遲寬度1 ns,上升時間200 ps,具有很高的穩定度指標:短時抖動小于30 ps,長時漂移小于100 ps/min,峰值電壓和脈遲寬度抖動小于1%.通過對改進脈遲電路的充電形式,實現瞭重複頻率為60 kHz的脈遲輸齣.

The merits of the full-solid-state pulser, based on avalanche transistor, are high stability, narrow pulse and short rise-time. In this paper, the effect factors of the stability are analyzed. Some optimizing measures are used to improve the stability, and a high-stability pulser is designed: peak voltage is 1 500 V,pulse width is 1 ns, and the pulse width jitter is less than 1% and the peak voltage jitter is less than 1%. By improving the charging form of pulse circuit,the output pulse with repetition of 60 kHz is realized.
