[目的]研究不同碳源种类对中国李"海湾红宝石"离体培养的影响.[方法]以3年生"海湾红宝石"李新稍茎段为试材,在初代培养和生根培养中添加蔗糖、葡萄糖、山梨醇、果糖4种碳源进行外植体接种,30、60 d后分别统计增殖倍数、新梢率和生根率.[结果]在中国李增殖、诱导过程中,葡萄糖(30 g/L)作碳源明显促进增殖和生长.生根诱导过程中,采用蔗糖(15 g/L)为碳源,外植体生根率和生根倍数均最高.[结论]初代培养和生根培养中分别选用葡萄糖和蔗糖作碳源,中国李培养效果好.

[목적]연구불동탄원충류대중국리"해만홍보석"리체배양적영향.[방법]이3년생"해만홍보석"리신초경단위시재,재초대배양화생근배양중첨가자당、포도당、산리순、과당4충탄원진행외식체접충,30、60 d후분별통계증식배수、신소솔화생근솔.[결과]재중국리증식、유도과정중,포도당(30 g/L)작탄원명현촉진증식화생장.생근유도과정중,채용자당(15 g/L)위탄원,외식체생근솔화생근배수균최고.[결론]초대배양화생근배양중분별선용포도당화자당작탄원,중국리배양효과호.
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of different carbon sources on in vitro culture of Chinese plum (Prunus salicina). [Method] With the stems of 3-year-old Chinese plum as tested materials, sucrose, glucose, sorbitol and fructose were added into multiplication culture and rooting culture, respectively. Four kinds of carbon sources were used to inoculate explants. And the multiplication times new shoot ratio and rooting rate were counted after 30 and 60 days respectively. [Result] 30 g/L glucase as carbon source during the multiplication and induction period of Chinese plum could obviously promote the multiplication and growth. During the rooting induction period, the rooting rate and rooting times were the highest when 15 g/L sucrose was used as carbon source. [Conclusion] Glucose as carbon source during multiplication culture and sucrose as carbon source during rooting culture showed better effects in the culture in vitro of Chinese plum.
