针对水文信息实时监测的特点,依托北江水雨情自动测报系统数据库,结合Googlemaps产品,基于WebGIS技术进行B/s平台构建和应用开发。系统功能包括水雨情信息的实时动态监视、查询、发布,以及由用户自定义生成各种交互式动态报表。系统的研制提高水文、防汛等相关部门的工作效率和科学性,推动韶关水文信息化建设进程,拓宽WebGIS的应用领域。

According to characteristics of real-time hydrological monitoring, B/S platform is established by WebGIS technology and application of Google maps, relying on the database of automatic system for water and rainfall regime information acquisition and transmission of Beijiang River. The system functions include real-time dynamic monitoring, inquiry and publication of water and rainfall regime information as well as user defined generation of interactive dynamic statements. The system can improve working efficiency and scientific nature of work of hydrology and flood control departments, promote the information explosion trend in hydrology and expand application fields of WebGIS.
