    本文提出先天性髋关节脱臼手术,力求精细,准确、合乎要求,起到矫正病理改变的目的,手术后并发症可以大幅度减少或避免发生.

    The pathological change is very complicate in congenital dislocation of hip.Postoperative subluxation may occur in some cases.It is usually due to more than one factor,such as shortness of iliopsoas,shortness of the femoral neck,and a incongrunity between the head and the acetabulum.Postoperative subluxation should be managed according to its causative factors.
