[目的] 探讨不同消毒剂对百合埋片繁殖的影响.[方法] 以福美双700倍液、百菌清900倍液、嘧酶胺1 000倍液+代森锰锌800倍液3种消毒剂和"耀眼"、"布鲁塞尔"2个百合品种鳞片为试材,研究3种消毒剂对百合鳞片生成籽球数量和体积大小的影响.[结果] 嘧酶胺1 000倍液+代森锰锌800倍液和福美双700倍液有利于百合鳞片生成较多籽球,福美双700倍液有利于百合鳞片产生较大籽球.[结论]为防止百合理片繁殖中鳞片感染病害以及进行百合种球规模化繁育提供了理论依据.
[目的] 探討不同消毒劑對百閤埋片繁殖的影響.[方法] 以福美雙700倍液、百菌清900倍液、嘧酶胺1 000倍液+代森錳鋅800倍液3種消毒劑和"耀眼"、"佈魯塞爾"2箇百閤品種鱗片為試材,研究3種消毒劑對百閤鱗片生成籽毬數量和體積大小的影響.[結果] 嘧酶胺1 000倍液+代森錳鋅800倍液和福美雙700倍液有利于百閤鱗片生成較多籽毬,福美雙700倍液有利于百閤鱗片產生較大籽毬.[結論]為防止百閤理片繁殖中鱗片感染病害以及進行百閤種毬規模化繁育提供瞭理論依據.

[Objective] The study aimed to research the effect of three different disinfectants on bulb scale propagation of lily cultivars.[Method] The three disinfectants were thiram(700×),chlorothalonil(900×) and pyrimethanil(1 000×)+ mancozeb(800×).The two lily cultivars were "ce6 Dazzle" and "BruneUo".The bulb scales were treated by three disinfectant to explore the effect of different disinfectants on the number and volume of bulblets.[Result] The results showed that pyrimethanil(1 000×)+ mancozeb(800×) and thiram(700×) were proved to be advantageous to produce more bulblets.The bulb scales treated by thiram(700×) could produce bigger bulblets.[Conclusion] The study supplied a method preventing disease in bulb scale propagation.It could supply a theory basis for propagation of Lily bulb.
