Some advanced technologies including electrolytic degreasing, derusting by composite derusting agent, using non-ionic surfactant plating assistant agent, zinc slag-free inner heating zinc melting and electromagnetic wiping were introduced. The process has the features of decreased loss of zinc (5%-7%), reduced energy consumption and good deposit quality.
