以丙二酸二乙酯和氯代苯甲酰氯为原料,经烷基化、酯还原和酰化反应合成了四个新型的Z-N型催化剂--2,2-二异丁基-1,3-丙二醇二苯甲酸酯衍生物(4a~4d),总收率73%~80%,其结构经~1H NMR表征.以合成聚丙烯为探针反应,考察4a~4d的催化活性.结果表明,4a~4d具有较好的催化活性,在苯环上引入氯可以显著提高催化剂的催化活性而不影响其他性能,且当氯处于羧基间位时,催化活性最佳.
以丙二痠二乙酯和氯代苯甲酰氯為原料,經烷基化、酯還原和酰化反應閤成瞭四箇新型的Z-N型催化劑--2,2-二異丁基-1,3-丙二醇二苯甲痠酯衍生物(4a~4d),總收率73%~80%,其結構經~1H NMR錶徵.以閤成聚丙烯為探針反應,攷察4a~4d的催化活性.結果錶明,4a~4d具有較好的催化活性,在苯環上引入氯可以顯著提高催化劑的催化活性而不影響其他性能,且噹氯處于羧基間位時,催化活性最佳.

Four novel Z-N type catalysts, 2,2-diisobutyl-1,3-propylene glycol dichloro-benzoates(4a~4d) were synthesized from diethyl malonate and chloro-benzoyl chloride by the reaction of alkylation, ester reduction and acylation in total yields of 73%~80%. The structures were characterized by ~1H NMR. Catalytic activities of 4a~4d were investigated by polymerization of propylene. The results showed that 4a~4d exhibited good catalytic activities. The catalytic activities were increased by introducing chloro group on benzene ring and were highest when chloro located on the meta position of carboxylic group.
