为了加快城市应急联动系统(CERS)的开发和利用现有的开发经验,研究了城市应急联动系统的结构.组成和功能,并分析了开发的关键问题.再运用软件工程领域内成熟的统一建模语言(UML),设计了一个完整的城市应急联动系统模型,包括城市应急联动系统用例图,类图、时序图、状态图、组件图、部署图等.采用Rational Rose工具实现CERS设计模型,目的是为系统最终用户和系统开发者提供统一的描述模型,指导系统开发人员迅速、准确、全面获取需求,规范系统的开发过程,优化系统结构,提高系统的开发效率.
為瞭加快城市應急聯動繫統(CERS)的開髮和利用現有的開髮經驗,研究瞭城市應急聯動繫統的結構.組成和功能,併分析瞭開髮的關鍵問題.再運用軟件工程領域內成熟的統一建模語言(UML),設計瞭一箇完整的城市應急聯動繫統模型,包括城市應急聯動繫統用例圖,類圖、時序圖、狀態圖、組件圖、部署圖等.採用Rational Rose工具實現CERS設計模型,目的是為繫統最終用戶和繫統開髮者提供統一的描述模型,指導繫統開髮人員迅速、準確、全麵穫取需求,規範繫統的開髮過程,優化繫統結構,提高繫統的開髮效率.

In order to promote the growth of the city emergency response system(CERS)and utilize current development experience,the architecture,components,functionality,and some key development issues of CERS are studied.A mature software engineering tool,unified modeling language(UML),is used to design a complete CERS model including use case diagram,class diagram,sequence diagram,state diagram,component diagram,deployment diagram,etc.Finally,the tool of rational rose is applied to realize the CERS design model.The procedure and method described provide the final users as well as the system developers a unified description model,which can guide the developer to capture the comprehensive requirements accurately and promptly.It can also standardize the development process,optimize the system structure,and improve the development efficiency.
