针对数控铣床主轴系统是在变化复杂的、非简谐力的激励下振动,而与该振动特性密切相关的主轴滚动轴承的刚度又不是一个定值,而是载荷的函数的特点,以某数控铣床主轴系统为研究对象,基于瞬态响应特性分析理论及轴承动刚度理论,借助于有限元分析软件ANSYS建立主轴系统的有限元模型,进行模态分析.利用数据表进行加载,并就铣削特定工况下进行瞬态响应分析.得出主轴系统的较低阶固有频率、振型、最大综合变形以及主轴系统的模态不是常量,主轴系统的设计计算应以滚动轴承的动刚度和主轴系统的动模态为依据的结论.

Numerical control milling machine's spindle systme vibrates under a non-harmonic force power with intricate changes, and that, the stiffness of spindle rolling bearing which is closely related to the characteristic of vibration is not a fixed value, but a function of load. By dint of finite element model of spindle system which is based on analysis of finite element software ANSYS, mode of a certain numberical control milling machine' s spindle system with the transient response theory and bearing dynamic stiffness theory is buh. With the loading datasheets and analysis of transient response in a certain milling condition, conclusion that lower order natural frequency, vibration shape, the maximal compositive deformation and the mode of spnidle system are not constant is deduced, and the design of spindle system should be caculated on the basis of dynamic stiffness of roiling bearing and dynamic mode of spindle system.
