目的观察严重烫伤后补充外源性双歧杆菌对肠黏膜细胞增殖的影响.方法 70只wistar大鼠随机分为烫伤并应用双歧杆菌组(A组),烫伤不应用双歧杆菌组(B组)和正常对照组(C组).采用免疫组化SABC法,检测PCNA表达情况,反映肠黏膜细胞增殖情况.结果烫伤后A组和B组肠腺细胞PCNA表达减少;在烫伤后48 h、72 h、120 h,A组PCNA表达较B组明显增多(P＜0.05).结论双歧杆菌可能促进严重烫伤大鼠肠腺细胞增殖,有利于损伤的肠黏膜修复.
목적 관찰엄중탕상후보충외원성쌍기간균대장점막세포증식적영향.방법 70지wistar대서수궤분위탕상병응용쌍기간균조(A조),탕상불응용쌍기간균조(B조)화정상대조조(C조).채용면역조화SABC법,검측PCNA표체정황,반영장점막세포증식정황.결과 탕상후A조화B조장선세포PCNA표체감소;재탕상후48 h、72 h、120 h,A조PCNA표체교B조명현증다(P＜0.05).결론 쌍기간균가능촉진엄중탕상대서장선세포증식,유리우손상적장점막수복.
Objective To study the potential effects of bifidobacterial supplement on expression of PCNA in intestinal mucosal of rats after severe burns.Methods Seventy Wistar rats were randomly divided into bum plus treatment group(group A,n=30),bum group (group B,n=30),and control group(group C,n=10).The PCNA expression in intestinal mucosal were determined by immunohistochemical staining.Results The PCNA expression was decreased after thermal injury.The number of PCNA expressed cells in group B Was significantly lower than that of group A.(P＜0.05).Conclusion The supplement of exogenous bifidobacterium can facilitate resuming of mucosal barrier function.
