目的研究康复期精神分裂症患者的心理状况,分析影响因素,建立有效的心理干预措施.方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和自制问卷对328例康复期精神分裂症患者的心理状况进行测试,并与国内常模进行对照.结果康复期精神分裂症患者在躯体化、强迫、恐怖、抑郁、焦虑、和人际关系6个因子的得分与国内常模比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01或P<0.05),均不同程度地存在着许多社会心理问题,如求学、求职、婚姻及社会偏见等.结论康复期精神分裂症患者存在心理问题较多,应积极采取有效的干预措施,加强心理治疗,改善其心理状况,以利尽早回归社会.

Objective To understand the psychological rehabilitation of schizophrenia patients,and analyze factors establish an effective psychological intervention.Methods Symptom Checklist(SCL-90)and selfmade questionnaire were taken in 328 cases of patients with schizophrenia in rehabilitation period to take a psychological test,and the scores were compared with that of domestic norm control.Results The physical rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia in somatization,obsession,phobia,depression,anxiety and interpersonal six factor scores compared with the norm difference was statistically significant(P<0.01,P<0.05).They all had many questions of social mental,for example,attending school,seekingjob,marriage,social prejudice and so on.Conclusion Schizophrenia patients in rehabilitation period have many psychological problems.So more effecfive intervention should be taken to enhance psychological treatment,to improve their psychological state,to let
