目的 探讨急性脑梗死患者血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的变化及其临床意义. 方法 检测85例急性脑梗死患者(脑梗死组)和25名正常人(对照组)血清hs-CRP水平,并对急性脑梗死患者进行临床神经功能缺损程度评分. 结果 脑梗死组血清hs-CRP水平[(13.04±3.38)mg/L]明显高于对照组[(2.57±0.59)mg/L],差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).急性脑梗死各亚组的血清hs-CRP水平[分别为轻型(8.25±2.49)mg/L,中型(17.02±4.76)mg/L,重型(23.86±5.12)mg/L]两两比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);血清hs-CRP水平与神经功能缺损程度呈正相关(r=0.627,P<0.01). 结论 急性脑梗死的发病与血清hs-CRP水平增高密切相关,血清hs-CRP水平越高病情越严重,临床预后越差.

Objective To study the change and clinical significance of the levels of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods The levels of serum hs-CRP in 85 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction and 25 cases of health adults were measured,and the patients with acute cerebral infarction were marked the clinical neurological impairment score. Results The levels of serum hs-CRP in acute cerebral infarction group[(13.04 ± 3.38)mg/L] were significantly higher than those in the control group [(2.57 ± 0.59)mg/L](P <0.01).The levels of serum hs-CRP were significantly difference in between the various subgroups of acute cerebral infarction(P <0.01),the levels of serum hs-CRP were positively related to the extent of neurological deficits(r = 0.627,P < 0.01). Conclusion The invasion of acute cerebral infarction is closely related with the level of serum hs-CRP,and more the level of serum hs-CRP is higher,more the clinical neurological impairment is severe,more the clinical prognosis is worse.
