Introduces the application of the linear matrix CCD in the hotcase-hardened control of piece goods. It takes the PIC16C57 SCM(Single Chip Micyoco)as the kernel of the control which is produced by Microchip Cooperation. It realizes the precise detection and adjustment in the hot case-hardened control of the piece goods with the elaborate driving controlling current CCD. The system has the characteristics of high speed and high precision which improve the quality of products and the efficiency of production.
