This paper introduces the method of simulant memorizing, designs a hardware electric circuit of speech system, which is formed by ML 2500 speech chips of simulant memory, and also provides a main flow diagram of processing and subsidiary for recording and broadcasting. This system is simple-structured and easily controlled. And it could be applied to many speech circumstances.
