应用液相色谱-质谱联用技术,建立了纺织品中多种致敏性分散染料残留量同时测定的快速分析方法.纺织品样品经甲醇提取后,过0.22 μm滤膜,上样测定.前处理简便快捷,适合大批量样品分析.该方法定量限1 mg·L~(-1),线性范围1 mg·L~(-1)100 mg·L~(-1),添加回收率不低于90%,RSD<5%.

A high performance liquid chromatography- mass spectrometric method(HPLC-MS) has been developed for the simultaneous determination of six sensitizing disperse dyes in textile.The sample was extracted by methanol and determined by high performance liquid chromatography electrospray ionization mass spectrometry. The results indicated that the method is easier,faster and more sensitive. The linear range was 1 mg·L~(-1) to 100 mg·L~(-1).
