目的 研究头孢噻肟(CTX)与阿奇霉素(AZI)联合用药对临床分离的金黄色葡萄球菌的体外抗菌效应.方法 采用棋盘法设计,用微量肉汤稀释法测定不同浓度组合的抗菌药物对32株临床分离的金黄色葡萄球菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),并计算抑菌指数(FIC)以判断联合效应.结果 CTX与AZI联用后金黄色葡萄球菌MIC明显下降,抗菌作用显著增加.对金黄色葡萄球菌主要为相加和协同作用,协同作用为12.50%,相加作用为68.75%,无关作用为18.75%,无拮抗作用.结论 CTX与AZI联用对临床分离的金黄色葡萄球菌的体外抗菌效应增强,联合应用是合理的.

목적 연구두포새우(CTX)여아기매소(AZI)연합용약대림상분리적금황색포도구균적체외항균효응.방법 채용기반법설계,용미량육탕희석법측정불동농도조합적항균약물대32주림상분리적금황색포도구균적최저억균농도(MIC),병계산억균지수(FIC)이판단연합효응.결과 CTX여AZI련용후금황색포도구균MIC명현하강,항균작용현저증가.대금황색포도구균주요위상가화협동작용,협동작용위12.50%,상가작용위68.75%,무관작용위18.75%,무길항작용.결론 CTX여AZI련용대림상분리적금황색포도구균적체외항균효응증강,연합응용시합리적.
Objective To study the antibiotic effects of cefotaxime(CTX) combined with azithromycin(AZI) against Staphylococcus aureus which was separated from clinical samples. Methods According to the checkerboard method, the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of CTX combined with different amount of antibiotics against the 32 strains of staphylococcus aureus was determined by broth dilution method, and the fractional inhibitory concentration(FIC)index was calculated according to MIC results. Results After CTX combined with AZI, the MIC of Staphylococcus aureus was obviously declined,and its antibacterial activity was significantly strengthened. The antibiotic effects of CTX combined with AZI against Staphylococcus aureus were mostly additive effect and synergistic action. The percentages of the synergistic action,additive effect,irrespective effect and antagonistic action were 12.50%, 68.75%, 18.75% and 0% respectively. Conclusions The antibacterial activity of CTX combined with AZI against Staphylococcus aureus which is separated from clinic are strengthened. Its combination application is reasonable.
