[目的]揭示水稻籽粒灌浆机理.[方法]采用2个千粒重超过40 g的水稻大粒种质与2个水稻常规品种进行籽粒灌浆特性研究.[结果]大粒种质在花后24~27 d达到最大灌浆速率,较常规品种(15~23 d)灌浆高峰推迟;大粒种质灌浆速率曲线为右偏,常规品种为左偏;大粒种质具有较大的起始生长势,其最大灌浆速率、平均灌浆速率均达常规品种的2倍之多;大粒种质的实灌时间短于常规品种.[结论]大粒种质水稻的灌浆特性优于常规品种水稻.

[Objective]The study aimed to reveal grouting mechanism of grains of rice. [Method]2 large varieties of rice were chosen, which 1 000-weight over 40 g, to study grain filling characteristics compare with 2 ordinary ones. [Result]The maximum grain filling rate appeared about 24 to 27 days after anthesis for large, which fastigium was put off compare with ordinary ones (15 to 23 days); grain filling rate curves of large seeds were right, ordinary one were left; large ones had great initial grain filling potential and the maximum and mean grain filling rate more than twice compare with ordinary ones; the active grain filling period was shorter than ordinary ones. [Conclusion]Filling characteristics of large seeds rice was better than that of ordinary ones.
