目的 探讨为进一步加强医院临床护理工作,提供优质护理服务过程中通过科学的人力资源配置,保证基础护理的落实,提高患者的满意度.方法 首先选择2个病房为“优质护理服务示范工程”的试点单位,实行责任制大包干,切实落实基础护理,加强护理人力资源管理,强化岗位培训,树立服务理念,后勤支持系统的启动和建立,完善了保障措施,减少了护士的外勤工作.结果 试点病房推广“优质护理服务示范工程”大大提高了患者对护理工作的满意度,同时提高了护理人员的综合素质.结论 加强护理人力资源的科学管理是保证基础护理落实到位的关键.

목적 탐토위진일보가강의원림상호리공작,제공우질호리복무과정중통과과학적인력자원배치,보증기출호리적락실,제고환자적만의도.방법 수선선택2개병방위“우질호리복무시범공정”적시점단위,실행책임제대포간,절실락실기출호리,가강호리인력자원관리,강화강위배훈,수립복무이념,후근지지계통적계동화건립,완선료보장조시,감소료호사적외근공작.결과 시점병방추엄“우질호리복무시범공정”대대제고료환자대호리공작적만의도,동시제고료호리인원적종합소질.결론 가강호리인력자원적과학관리시보증기출호리락실도위적관건.
Objective To study the scientific human resource (HR) management for further enhancing clinical nursing and providing good service of nursing,so as to put into basic nursing effect and improve patients' satisfaction degree.Methods 2 demonstration points of good nursing wards were selected as experimental units,we carried out responsibility for basic nursing,enhanced HR management of personneland strengthened post training and set up service concept, established logistics support system,improved indemnificatory measurement and decrease nurses' itinerancy.Results The patients' satisfaction degree for nurses increased by generalizing experiment unit.At the same time,nurses' general diathesis had also improved.Conclusions Enhancing scientific HR management is the key to carry out basic nursing.
