目的 探讨精索静脉曲张大鼠干细胞因子(SCF)的变化和意义.方法 将清洁级雄性SD大鼠20只喂养1周后,随机取10只应用左肾静脉部分结扎法进行造模,设为模型组;另外10只行左肾静脉分离后不结扎,设为假手术组.两组均于60d后处死大鼠,检测血清SCF、睾丸组织SCF及附睾精子的密度和活率.结果 模型组睾丸组织SCF为(654.6±30.5)ng/L,与假手术组(382.8±25.6) ng/L比较明显升高(P<0.05);两组血清SCF比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).模型组大鼠附睾精子密度为(2.36±1.58),与假手术组(4.07±1.40)比较明显降低(P<0.05),两组大鼠精子活率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 检测睾丸组织SCF有助于判断生精细胞损伤.

Objective To investigate the change and significance of stem cell factor (SCF) of the rats with varicocele.Methods To fed twenty cleaning wistar male SD rats for a week,10 rats were randomly selected and which was inducted varicocele group by partial ligation of the left renal vein.Another 10 rats set up for the sham group.The rats of both groups were killed after 60 days,take the postmortem testis and epididymis.We detected the SCF in serum and testicular tissue and detected the density and survival rate of epididymal sperm.Results Compared with the model group,the sham group on sperm density (4.07 ± 1.40) was significantly higher (P < 0.05 ),epididymal sperm motility were not significantly different ( P > 0.05 ).Sham group testes SCF (654.60:±:30.50 ) ng/L significantly decreased ( P < 0.05 )than the model group.SCF in serum showed no significant difference between the groups (P > 0.05 ).Conclusion SCF in testis might serve as an indicator of spermatogenic cells injury.
