研究了蛭石对结晶紫的吸附特性,考察了溶液pH值、吸附剂用量、搅拌时间、结晶紫浓度、温度对吸附平衡的影响.结果表明,室温下溶液pH=6,蛭石用量为0.2000 g时蛭石对结晶紫的吸附效果最佳,吸附率超过94%.拟二级速率方程能很好地描述蛭石对结晶紫的吸附动力学,相关系数(R~2)达到0.9996.不同温度下蛭石对结晶紫的吸附等温线均符合Langmuir方程,相关系数(R~2)都在0.9898以上.吉布斯自由能变化△G<0,且随着温度升高,吸附量增大,表明该反应是自发进行的吸热反应.

The adsorptive property of Crystal Violet(CV) on vermiculite was studied,the effect of its adsorption equilibrium was investigated under different conditions.The results showed that the best adsorption conditions are pH=6 of solution and 0.2000 g vermiculite at room temperature,and the adsorption ratio of CV on the vermiculite is more than 94%.Pseudo second order model can best describe the reaction rate with 0.9996 of the correlation coefficient (R~2).The adsorption isotherms for CV follow Langmiur isotherm model,which R~2 is over 0.9898.The change of Gibbs free energy below zero,and the equilibrium adsorption capacity increases with increasing temperaure from 25 ℃ to 55 ℃,indicating that the adsorption process is spontaneous and endothermic.
