多胺物质是一种小分子脂肪族物质,它在体内广泛分布,具备多种生理、病理作用,参与肿瘤的发生、细胞的稳定性、细胞周期及细胞凋亡等调控过程.对多胺物质的研究由来已久,虽然多胺物质与心脏离子通道的关系密切,但是受关注的程度仍然不够.随着对多胺物质了解的加深以及研究技术的完善,多胺的研究进入了一个新的纪元.本文聚焦在多胺物质与心脏离子通道的关系.

Polyamines are a group of small molecule aliphatic substances, which are widely distributed. They have a variety of physiological and pathological roles, such as tumor genesis, cell stability, cell cycle and apoptosis, and so on. Studies have not paid much attention to the relationship between polyamines and ion channels although it may be helpful in understanding the phenomena of arrhythmia and some types of heart diseases. With improvements in techniques and understanding of the mechanism underling the metabolism of polyamine, research is entering a new era. In this article, we examine the relationship between polyamine and cardiac ion channels.
